A cozy stay with delightful staff
The spacious room was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring St Gallen. I enjoyed the varied breakfast options and the delightful coffee machine available around the clock.

the staff are quite rude, as if they are doing you a favor by being there, and the noise levels from other rooms were unbearable, definitely not what one expects from a new hotel. i was also left bewildered that instead of a welcome gift, i received absolutely nothing, which is shocking. i was almost going to give a good review, but just couldn't.

The B&B Hotel St Gallen had a very clean and comfortable Double Room. I appreciated the laptop-friendly workspace and the free in-room WiFi, which made my stay enjoyable. Breakfast was decent, and the open space downstairs was quite nice to relax in.
